  2. Locate the "E-Mail-Adresse ändern" or "Neues Passwort festlegen" option, depending on the change you wish to make.

  3. Click on the respective option and enter your desired new email or password.

  4. Save the changes and confirm your new email or password.

Please note that if you are currently using an email address with the domain "@t-online," you may encounter issues with receiving confirmation emails or password resets. We recommend changing your email address to avoid any potential problems.

Deleting Your Account

Should you decide to leave us, we respect your choice. Deleting your account is a straightforward process. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Access your account settings ("Einstellungen").

  2. Look for the option to delete your account located at the bottom of the settings page ("Konto löschen").

  3. Follow the instructions provided to initiate the account deletion process by emailing us.

  4. We will inform you via email once the deletion has been completed.
